Use of the app and this website is governed by the PubHarbor terms of use.
Software licence
PubHarbor is distributed through Apple’s App Store under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless the applicable App Store product page states otherwise. Third-party components remain governed by their own licences, described in the open-source software notices.
Nothing in these notices limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law, or rights granted by an applicable open-source licence.
Purchases, billing, and refunds
PubHarbor Pro is available as an optional auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription or as the Lifetime Pro non-consumable, a one-time purchase. Apple processes both. The App Store displays the current price, taxes, and local purchasing terms before confirmation. Apple also handles payment methods and refund requests. To request a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem service.
Subscriptions
The PubHarbor Pro monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically every month or year, respectively, at the price shown by the App Store unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, and each renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Lifetime Pro does not renew.
Compatibility and responsibility
PubHarbor performs a best-effort reading and conversion of compatible Microsoft Publisher files. Layout can vary because of unavailable fonts, linked media, embedded objects, or differences between file-format generations. Keep the original file and review PubHarbor’s compatibility report before relying on an export.
