PubHarbor is distributed through Apple’s App Store under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless the applicable App Store product page states otherwise. Third-party components remain governed by their own licences, described in the open-source software notices.
Nothing in these notices limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law, or rights granted by an applicable open-source licence.
Purchases, billing, and refunds
Apple processes purchases of the PubHarbor Lifetime Pro non-consumable. The App Store displays the current price, taxes, and local purchasing terms before confirmation. Apple also handles payment methods and refund requests. To request a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem service.
Compatibility and responsibility
PubHarbor performs a best-effort reading and conversion of compatible Microsoft Publisher files. Layout can vary because of unavailable fonts, linked media, embedded objects, or differences between file-format generations. Keep the original file and review PubHarbor’s compatibility report before relying on an export.
