Effective 14 October 2026

Terms of use.

The rules for using the PubHarbor app and this website, in plain language.

These terms govern the PubHarbor app for iPhone, iPad and Mac and the pubharbor.app website, provided by Eutopix Labs Prosta Spółka Akcyjna (P.S.A.), ul. Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0001237465, NIP 7011310736, EU VAT PL7011310736 (“Eutopix Labs”, “we”). By downloading or using PubHarbor, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Licence

PubHarbor is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless the App Store product page states otherwise. You may use the app only with files you are authorised to access. You must not circumvent purchase controls, reverse engineer the app except where the law expressly permits, or use it to infringe the rights of others. Third-party components remain governed by their own licences, listed in the open-source notices.

PubHarbor Pro

PubHarbor Pro unlocks the advertised Pro features for the Apple Account used to buy it. It is available as an optional auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase that does not renew. The price, taxes and local terms shown by the App Store before you confirm are the ones that apply. Apple processes payment, billing and refunds; to request a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem service. The app includes Restore Purchases.

Subscriptions

The monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically every month or year at the price shown by the App Store unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, and each renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Buying Lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing subscription.

Your files and compatibility

You keep all rights in your files; PubHarbor processes them on your device and does not claim ownership. PubHarbor performs a best-effort reading and conversion of compatible Microsoft Publisher files, and layout can vary because of unavailable fonts, linked media, embedded objects or differences between format generations. Keep your original files and review the compatibility report before relying on an export.

This website

You may browse and link to this website for personal and business information. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to it. Guides are provided for general information and may change.

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning conformity, remedies and updates of digital content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons; the effective date above identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated where required. These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of the country where they usually live. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
